I’m a wife and mom of two beautiful daughters. My life has been anything but static: I’ve moved through three countries, shifted careers, studied new fields, and continually adapted to new chapters. With every transition, one question followed me:
Where do I get the strength and energy to keep up with my life?
For years, many of us try to recharge with spa weekends, wellness treatments, essential oils, short yoga sessions, and cosmetic appointments. They feel good—but only for a moment.
Somewhere along my path, I became vegan for ethical reasons and moved through different stages of this lifestyle, learning and adjusting as I went. The more knowledge I gathered, the clearer something powerful became: real self-care doesn’t begin with quick fixes.
It starts on the plate.
With the foods we choose daily.
And choosing quality, science-based plant-based nutrition became the turning point that finally gave me lasting energy, clarity, and balance.
Now, as a certified vegan nutritionist, I help busy women and their families experience a holistic, plant-based transformation—crafted around your individuality and daily rhythms.
